From the Sea to the Kitchen
It´s been amazing lately. At least 2 or 3 days a week I am receiving fresh fish that either guest or local fisherman bring to my kitchen. Sometimes it become a challenge………. there is no extra time if the lodge is full to clean fish appart all the duties that fill the day but how do you say no to a product that is really odd that comes to your hands so fresh.
Since I am in Alaska I have realized that these are probably the richest waters in the planet. Whenever somebody go fishing they come back with a box of surprises……………. black cod; halibut; rock sole; black rockfish; cod; salmon.
