The show has just started

It has been almost a week since I finished the spanish cooking classes and the tasting menu at Land´s end Resort. Even I have been preparing all the menus and the necessary logistics to start running  new kitchen…………… I always need action and the best way of expressing myself is cooking.

The guest that have opened the season this year had some restrictions……….. something that we did not know until the last minute………. Cheese FREEEEEEEEE. How you can imagine is always Murphi´s Law and there were two plates with cheese taht were changed. It was not difficult; less beautiful in presentation but still really good.

It is always great see people eat and enjoy……………… the best sign for that is seeing the plates coming back empty and the longest of the breaks between plates. If you have that you are always save.
